For air freight shipments, we take full responsibility in the event of loss or detention of goods.
Customers will not be charged shipping fees for lost items.-
For fragile items, customers are strongly advised to use wooden case packing.
Any damage, breakage, or leakage of fragile items is outside of our responsibility. -

Goods overstaying in the warehouse for more than 3 days
(including cases where loss is reported more than 3 days after the invoice is issued) -
Loss occurring outside our warehouse
(We are only responsible until the goods arrive at our warehouse.
Example: loss during delivery by JNE, Gojek, or other third-party couriers).

Volume is calculated as:
Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) / 5000 or / 6000
-
The greater value between actual weight and volumetric weight will be used.

Import All In uses /5000, except for Singapore, China, and Hong Kong, which use /6000.

For Export & Import, weight is rounded up per kilogram
(e.g., 19.3 kg will be rounded up to 20 kg),
except for Import All In from Singapore, China, and Hong Kong.

For sea freight, insurance coverage is provided at IDR 20–30 million per CBM (depending on the country).

Insurance Claim Procedure

Record a video of the package upon receipt together with the courier
(The video must clearly show the entire package before opening). -
Send the video along with notes detailing the missing items to one of our customer service representatives.

For shipments below 0.5 CBM, a handling fee of IDR 150,000 applies.
This fee includes free local delivery within Jakarta. -
Import All In (include Tax and Custom Clearance)

For branded items or items with an invoice value above IDR 2,000,000 per kg,
an additional fee of 5% – 7.5% of the commercial invoice value will apply. -
Free delivery within Jakarta, excluding East Jakarta.

Free pickup from all countries, except Singapore, China, and Hong Kong.

For USA, UK, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Thailand, goods may be picked up or dropped at our warehouse by agreement.

Payment must be made after the goods arrive at our Jakarta warehouse,
(before delivery to the customer’s address). -
Pickup Countries Procedure

We will provide Invoice & Packing List templates to be completed by the customer.

Documents must be sent via WhatsApp.

We will issue the AWB (Airway Bill).

Pickup time will be arranged.

Marking Code must be attached to the package as identification
(the Marking Code will be provided). -
Print requirements:

Invoice & Packing List: 3 copies

AWB: 1 copy
These must be handed to the courier at pickup.

Non-Pickup Countries (Warehouse Drop-Off)

All shipments sent to our warehouse must be confirmed in advance.

Shipment details must be provided clearly and completely.

Please send Invoice, Packing List, and Tracking Number (from supplier) via Email or WhatsApp.

Marking Code must be attached to the package
(the Marking Code will be provided).

Export Service (Tax Not Included)

We assist with export customs clearance from Indonesia.

The consignee must understand and comply with destination country regulations, as clearance support at destination is limited.
